過去30年以上、世界の研究者が追いかけてきたアルツハイマー型認知症の未病、改善、治療薬がこんなに身近にあったとは。今までの研究ではアルツハイマーはタンパク質のアミロイドβが脳に蓄積されることが原因とされ、多くの研究者がアミロイドβ説を根本にいろいろな創薬を開発してきました。Vanadis　LLCでは脳神経細胞内のカルシウムの枯渇、減少が認知症の根本原因ではないかと結論付けました。人工的に脳神経細胞にカルシウムの注入はほとんど不可能なために解決方法を研究してきましたが、1977年のハーバード大学のカントレーらの「V⁵⁺がMg²⁺の存在下でNa⁺、K⁺－ATPaseの活性阻害を起す」発見によりその後いろいろな研究が進んできました。我々は毎日のバナジウム濃度の濃いバナジウム五価イオン水の飲用で、カルシウムが脳神経細胞に注入されるという事が証明可能なため、脳神経細胞内のカルシウムの枯渇原因、バナジウムイオン水の飲用の結びつけ仮説を提唱しました。幸い日本には、富士山麓に濃度の濃いバナジウムイオン水が確保されております。これほどまでに世界で待ちわびている認知症の治療薬が身近にあったわけです。　Vanadis　LLCは、今後バナジウムイオン水の飲用による臨床試験に移行しますが、日本のみでなく世界の個人投資家、企業様の参加をいただき一緒に臨床試験を行っていければ幸いです。バナジウムイオン水は数百年にわたり飲み続けられており、副作用も心配ないことから臨床試験では仮説の証明に早い結論にたどり着くと考えられます。

Over the past 30 years, researchers around the world have been chasing after a cure for Alzheimer’s disease, and I had no idea that a cure was so close at hand. Until now, Alzheimer’s disease was thought to be caused by the accumulation of the protein amyloid-beta in the brain, and many researchers have developed various drugs based on the amyloid-beta theory. Vanadis LLC concluded that the depletion or decrease of calcium in brain neurons may be the root cause of dementia. Since it is almost impossible to artificially inject calcium into brain neurons, research has been conducted to find a solution. In 1977, Cantlay et al. at Harvard University found that V⁵⁺ inhibited the activity of Na⁺ and K⁺-ATPase in the presence of Mg²⁺.Since then, various studies have been conducted. We proposed a hypothesis linking the drinking of vanadium ionized water to the cause of calcium depletion in brain neurons, because it can be proved that calcium is injected into brain neurons by drinking vanadium pentavalent ionized water with high vanadium concentration every day. Fortunately, Japan has a supply of highly concentrated vanadium ionized water at the foot of Mt. Fuji. This means that the world’s long awaited cure for dementia is now at hand.　Vanadis LLC will now move on to the clinical trial of drinking vanadium ionized water, and we hope that individual investors and companies not only in Japan but also around the world will participate in the clinical trial together. Since vanadium ionized water has been drunk for hundreds of years and there are no side effects to worry about, we believe that clinical trials will reach a quick conclusion to prove our hypothesis.
